Orders & Payments
To make a purchase, the online procedure must be carefully followed. Brand TOWN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in case of doubts about the veracity – incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment defaults already manifested in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card – or in case of unavailability of products.
The communication of refusal or cancellation of the order (by e-mail or telephone) may not be timely and also occur following subsequent contact by the customer.
How to purchase
- Click on the desired product to access the relevant product sheet and view in detail all information relevant to the product. Select the quantity and size, if any, then click on “Add to Cart.”
- Enter the necessary shipping information and select the payment method:
- Paypal
- Credit Card.
Finally, read the summary of your purchase and click “Buy.” At the end of your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the identification data of your order and confirmation that it has been correctly received.
Only persons of legal age are permitted to place orders.
Town will not be responsible for orders placed by minors without parental permission.
Prices and Payment Methods:
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes and VAT.
Any shipping costs or payment charges are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site or these Conditions.

In no case and at no stage of the payment Calzaturificio Jumbo S.p.A. will be able to know the information relating to the Customer’s credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction.
No computer file of Calzaturificio Jumbo S.p.A. will keep such data and therefore in no case Town can be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment. For credit card payments we rely on the secure PayPal circuits, but you do not need to already have an account. If you already have one, however, you can pay using your PayPal account.
Payment security:
The payment transaction takes place on a secure page, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates, a system that ensures maximum security for online transactions. Credit card information is protected from unauthorized access by encrypted SSL data transfer, which is not accessible to third parties.
Returns & Refunds
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 above, Customer must send Brand Town a notice to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address info@townofficial.it . He will receive back an email with the return authorization and indications on the correct procedure to be carried out (courier, etc.).
In case of withdrawal, the Customer must resend the products to our warehouses, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself, to the following address:

The merchandise must be returned undamaged, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions below:
- the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (ex: accessories, complements, etc…);
- for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc. …);
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Brand TOWN, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
- in case of damage to the property during transport, Brand TOWN will notify the Client, to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain a refund; the product will then be made available to the Client, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Brand TOWN will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or otherwise in dependence of the shipment for return.
Brand TOWN will refund to the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, through a transfer procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of said refund, except for the return costs in the event that he/she did not use the standard procedure indicated.
In any case, the Client will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Brand TOWN determines that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing its outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging;
- the product is missing elements integral to the same and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
- the product is missing the disposable seal.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Brand TOWN will return to sender the product purchased, charging the same shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
Shipping
Products are shipped by courier service.
A parcel tracking (tracking) service is active for this shipper.
The courier company delivers Monday through Friday, both morning and afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, through a label affixed to the address.
Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if it fails, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Brand TOWN will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In the case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for pickup by the receptionist), TOWN will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, making a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days after delivery, in the manner provided herein.
Shipping Costs.
The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination and the weight/volume of the package. The customer will be able to view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.
Shipping times
Products are delivered within 24-72 hours, taken 24-48 hours from the date of order registration. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, malfunctions in service by the courier, force majeure or in case of holidays.
In case of purchase by credit card, the delay in shipment may be caused by the inability to withdraw the amount authorized for payment. (See: Debit of payment). If past 5 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have still not received your goods, please contact customer service at info@townofficial.it.
The delivery times indicated by TOWN are to be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made by successive split shipments shall not entitle the Customer to the rejection of the same delivery and the claim for compensation or indemnity.
In case of rejection of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) will be retained the amount to cover the following costs: sending goods + return goods and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
